Purpose And Effect of the Application
An application has been filed to sever approximately 0.5 acres from the portion of the subject lands abutting Hoath Street, which at one time was a lot of record but was merged in title with abutting lands. The severance would permit the severed lands to be utilized for residential purposes.
If a person or public body that files and appeal of a decision of the Council of the Township of Plummer Additional in respect of the proposed consent does not make written submissions to the Township of Plummer Additional before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal may dismiss the appeal. If you wish to be notified of the decision of Township of Plummer in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Township of Plummer Additional.
