North Shore Slo-Pitch
North Shore Slo-Pitch is a house league youth softball program for JK-Grade 12 (Ages 4 -18) organized and hosted by four Municipalities: the Township of MacDonald, Meredith & Aberdeen Additional, The Township of St. Joseph, Johnson Township, and the Town of Thessalon. Away games can take place in Thessalon, St. Joseph Island, and Echo Bay while the year-end tournaments are held at one of the four host communities each year. The Desbarats (Johnson Township) team is made up of youth from Desbarats, Bruce Mines, Plummer Additional, and Tarbutt thanks to the financial contributions from these municipalities.
