WHEREAS per the procurement by-law, the municipality may participate with other government agencies and/or local boards in co-operative purchasing where it is in the best interests of the municipality to do so.  The policies of the government agency or local board calling the co-operative tender are to be the governing policy for that particular tender.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Council approves participation in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) for an indefinite term for various projects, equipment, and supplies starting in 2022.
