NEW Multi-Purpose Sports Court

Completed in the Spring of 2023, the new multi-purpose sports court is located beside the Bruce Station Community Hall.

This new court allows for  residents and vacationers to play a multitude of sport activities:

  • Basketball
  • Volleyball
  • Badminton
  • Pickleball
  • Shuffleboard

Appropriate nets are available for those activities requiring nets. Please contact the Township Office at (705) 785-3479 before attending the court to ensure required equipment is accessible.

Parks, Beaches and Public Boat Launches

Public access points for launching boats, canoes or kayaks are available at:

  • Rydal Bank Park
  • Waltonen Road Park
  • Rose Lake
  • Old Mill Beach – Rock Lake
  • Bruce Mines Marina

Children's Summer Recreation Programs

Our Township partners with the Township of Johnson (Desbarats) for soccer, baseball and swimming programs that occur during the summer.

The Desbarats-Huron Shores section of the Voyageur Hiking Trail is comprised of 9 segments. A portion of the trail passes through Plummer Additional Township. This trail is classified as moderate or difficult.
