Tri-Neighbours Waste Management Site Location: 1314 Eastline Road in Rose Township. If attending the Landfill Site, please ensure that you have your Green Access Card which can be obtained at the Municipal Office. Hours of Operation: December 1st to March 31st – Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
